Diet Recovery Club Support Group
This is a virtual drop-in group (aka come as often as you would like, no commitment necessary) aimed at helping you continue (or start!) your journey to ditch dieting. This group will be facilitated by Keri Baker, MSW, LCSW-QS and Alison Varhol, MS, RDN, LDN.
